Spinning
It is important to know all Omegas Spinning frequency remains unchanged during their life. The direction of spinning axis changes by integration of Omegas and would make TAs with specific spinning frequency and axis.All Omegas would align to the outcome axis and the resultant TA will have a spinning frequency that is proportional to inverse of number of Omegas within TAs.
Time rate and speed of light directly depends on the spinning frequency of Omegas at any region of the world.
Formation of heavier materials follows the above rule, that means sub particles - particles - materials to stars and galaxies would follow the above rule, and spinning frequency decreases as the items become more complex. Black holes have very low spinning frequency.
Fig.12 and formula 20 describe the world time distribution, and also command transfer (light speed) values as functions of distance or birth time of all the world parts. Obviously shows spinning frequency of Omegas at same distance to the world center.
All everything created, has spinning frequency that depending on its formation and number of Omegas in its structure and may be observed with much smaller frequency.
All stars , planets and galaxies have their own spinning frequency . If there are exceptions, it is due to accidents during history of the world.

Stars , planets and galaxies make their own axis and their specific spinning frequency. This is the reason that all space Galaxies have a disk shape. This is the reason of planner solar systems and galaxies.
It is clear that if something is going to travel out of our planet, it is better not to travel in the plate of planet, rather it should travel perpendicular to this plate.
For small objects such as atoms, strength of opposing field is not as much to keep electrons moving in a plate shape.
Object circulating a big object if are far enough may have deviation to outside of this plate.
If anything has some speed, then the total spinning frequency of composing Omegas , TAs and sub particles , even particles within that object decreases.
