Speed of Command Transfer
Locally any movement or change
in behavior of an Omega will affect the adjacent Omegas within a certain time duration (within a Heart beat or time slice) due to their spinning. This speed is called Data Transfer speed or Command Transfer
speed Sf (Local light speed). It is clear that nothing can move or change faster than
this speed because Omegas can not change orientation faster than this speed.
This speed is a locally defined speed, but also the world is expanding with the light speed, and its speed at any distance from the origin will be the local Light speed or Command Transfer speed (Sf). This speed at the world Horizon is the world expansion speed. That is light speed but at the Horizon which has the maximum value.
By passing time slices (Quantum of time or time quanta) and
increase of time and enlargement of space (Quantum of space length), and
decreasing time slices values, this speed (Sf) increases. This speed was very small
(nearly zero) at the beginning and is increasing.

From the world expansion time-function, speed of expansion could be calculated

Since the world expansion is with Sf (light speed) then

This will give acceleration as

The maximum speed and maximum acceleration could be calculated as

Fig. 5- Approximation for the world parameters
Light and other types of wave propagation are functions of Sf. It has maximum value at the world edge of expansion (Horizon). This Sf is light travelling speed, and is a function at distance (d) from the world center which follows formula 10 , Locally nothing can pass Sf in that location.
The world started expanding with acceleration (formula 12) by Omegas .Any integration of Omegas to other shapes would result their speed to be reduced proportional to number of Omegas involved , and also spinning frequency of new items reduces proportionally (except for small colonies this value is equal to Sf) . The expansion acceleration and speed followed approximated formula as before and would be reduced proportional to number of Omegas involved in their structure. Even sub particles , materials , stars and Galaxies obey this rule.
