Tempeta
When a combination of Electuses built Electa in vicinity
of Magneta such that their spinning velocity keeps them inside each other it is
Tempeta. Its formation is such that flat Electuses and perpendicular or
spinning Electuses are combined together such that they have composed a very
stable pattern.

Tempeta is quanta of a physical item that can carry energy, or essentially it is a photon quantum, and is the smallest unit of energy that could be transferred to make physical properties such as heat or light. It is a combination of Electa and Magneta. When it has no rotation it has no energy but when it is rotating via the axis of Electa-Magneta boundary its energy is proportional to rotational frequency.
If a Tempeta has energy is transfered to another region, it may lose or get more energy.
